Packaging & gifting
Every CUBE arrives ready to give. Each model comes in its own custom box, carefully packed and presented so there's nothing left for you to wrap.
Inside, the model is protected by a custom cardboard inlay and soft protective foam that keeps everything securely in place. The individual box is then packed inside a sturdy outer carton for safe delivery.
Giving it as a gift? Add a gift note in your cart and your message will be printed on a card and placed on top when the box is opened. No invoice or price is included in the parcel.
With multiple CUBEs, each model is packaged individually in its own box.
Cleaning
To keep your model looking its best, simply use cold air (e.g. a hairdryer) to remove dust, or a soft, dry cloth for smooth surfaces. Avoid water or cleaning agents, as they may damage the material.

For additional protection, we offer optional display covers in glass or acrylic.
Selected models feature magnetic exchange buildings, allowing delicate elements such as antennas to be easily removed and replaced if needed.
Deliveries from abroad may be charged import duty or local tax by the destination country's customs authority.
These charges are set by your country's customs authority. We do not receive any part of them.
UPS clears the parcel for you and will tell you what is due. You can pay online through your tracking link, or to the driver on delivery.
